1. Booking your equipment
1.1 The easiest way is to book your equipment online with our website: add items to your cart and select the dates you want to book them. Once you have checked out, our rental technicians will get back to you regarding your reservation.
1.2 You can also book your equipment by phone or by email. Please inform us of your company name, name, equipment name, number of units, date of use, and contact information.

Business Hours
Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00. Available on special request during weekends.
1.3 After listing the equipment with you, we will send you a quote by email. After receiving the quote, please confirm your booking.
2. Equipment rental
2.1 Pick-up is 14:00-18:00 on business days, the day before rental.
2.2 For your first rental, you will be asked to bring:
- Driver's license or passport (ID will be copied)
- Proof of full payment by bank transfer
2.3 When picking-up the equipment before use, be sure to check it by yourself (for malfunctions or missing accessories). After checking the equipment, you will be asked to sign a rental contract.
2.4 Equipment exported from Mauritius: Client must obtain prior written consent from our company to remove the equipment from the country.
3. Equipment return
3.1 Return is 10:00-12:00 on business days, the day after rental.
3.2 If the equipment is returned late, an extension fee will be charged.
3.3 Please take care of the equipment you rent.
3.4 Please contact us immediately if an accident occurs during rental (theft, loss, damage, malfunction, missing parts, etc.) .
3.5 After the equipment is returned, our staff will proceed to a technical check and will contact you within the next business day if a problem appears (damage, missing part, etc.).
4. Cancellation
Cancellations on the day before the pickup will be charged 50% of the total rental fee, and cancellations on the pick up day will be charged 100%. Please contact us by phone.
5. Point of caution
If the rental equipment has been damaged, lost, or stolen, please immediately reach out to us. Damage refers not only to exterior damage, but also to damage/failure/outage of electronic devices, equipment, or parts.
5.1 If the total costs of damages listed above are less than Rs 50,000 (tax included), the customer will bear the full amount of the damage.
5.2 If the total costs for damages exceed Rs 50,000 (tax included), the customer will bear the charges of Rs 50,000 plus Rs 5,000 per item claimed to our company's insurance.
5.3 Customers are responsible for all damages not covered by our insurance as per list below:
- Damages due to disaster, etc.
- Damages due to the intentional misuse by the customer.
- Damages incurred by way of aerial photography (including use of drone).
- Theft from unattended vehicle/s not covered.
Customers will have to refund the full purchase amount of these items.
Rental Company is not responsible for any delay and or disruption on the film shoot due to breakdowns, electrical snags, traffic disruptions or any other unforeseeable circumstances or any force major.
